When words fail us Art speaks. With this gentle yet powerful tool you can create your feelings and emotions using movement, sound, clay, sand tray, poetry, drawing and collage providing a voice to your thoughts and heart. My focus is to build your awareness, understand yourself and your strengths. I achieve this by providing a safe space to create, supporting what you need to see. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Art helps us to re-remember and connect with who we are.
